We do it better.
We teach using real-world scenarios that are unseen in the aviation training industry.
We don’t just teach you to fly in the classroom, we teach you to fly as if you were already in the Private or Commercial world.
Above all else, we love to fly.
Flying a helicopter is one of the most enjoyable, challenging and exhilarating experiences you will ever have. Helicopters have the ability to land almost anywhere and no two days are the same.
A Helicopter License is the gateway to unrivaled fun as a private pilot. Or move towards your commercial license with multiple opportunities including Emergency Services, Search & Rescue, Agricultural Spraying, Surveillance and Much More!
Flying an airplane is achieving flight like the pioneers did over 100 years ago. The ability to fly across country in hours what would take days by land is something special. You could also flip it over and get there upside-down.
An Airplane License is the gateway to cruising flight or amazing aerobatics as a private pilot. Or move towards your commercial license with multiple opportunities including Emergency Services, Search & Rescue, Agricultural Spraying, Surveillance and Much More!
Flying on Instruments is an essential tool in a pilot’s bag of tricks. If bad weather would usually stop your flight, Instrument flying will allow you to get there without seeing outside.
Instrument Flying is a requirement for all airline positions and as such has become a standard for Airplane Commercial Pilots.
Most commercial Aircraft are Multi-Engine for safety during operations and better capacity. Both Airplanes and Helicopters come in Multi-Engine configuration and is essential to getting work in the big commercial environment.
Of course, you could buy one privately if you really wanted.
A Flight Instructor is responsible for teaching new pilots their flying skills, how to be professional and how to be responsible. They are the backbone of the Aviation Industry and without them, we would have no pilots. It is a very rewarding career path with a lot of variety.
It’s never a bad idea to become a flight instructor.
In New Zeland, a lot of pilots were doing tasks outside the recommendations of Robinson Helicopters. As such New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority has made it mandatory for all Robinson Helicopter pilots to complete Robinson Safety Awareness Training to promote knowledge of these recommendations.
